Every order includes a complimentary greeting card where you can add your message up to 150 characters. Simply enter your text during checkout, and we will print it on quality cardstock matching our brand colours. For special occasions, we offer themed cards for birthdays, anniversaries, congratulations, and sympathy.

Premium options include handwritten calligraphy cards for an additional £5, or custom photo cards where you can upload an image. Messages are proofread before printing to ensure accuracy, and cards are placed in sealed envelopes attached to the arrangement.

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through our secure payment gateway with PCI DSS compliance. PayPal and Apple Pay are also available for online orders. For corporate accounts, we offer invoice payment terms with net 30 days for established clients.

All transactions are processed over encrypted connections, and we never store complete card details. Payment is taken at the time of order confirmation. For large corporate orders exceeding £500, bank transfer is available with advance arrangement.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled delivery receive a full refund processed within 5-7 working days. For cancellations within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies as fruits have been purchased and preparation has begun. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

If we fail to deliver on the agreed date or if the arrangement arrives damaged, you receive a full refund or replacement at no charge. Quality issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We stand behind our products and prioritise customer satisfaction in all circumstances.
